Due to a high volume of client inquiries, please allow up to 24 hours for a reply to voicemail, text messages, and Facebook messages. We make every attempt to answer these promptly, but are currently handling hundreds per week, along with running the shop. If you need immediate assistance, call us during normal business hours. **Due to a large increase in the number of orders placed each week, we ask that you place custom orders:
- Cupcakes only - at least 24 hours in advance (for weekend orders, booking much earlier is necessary)
- Custom Celebration Cakes - at least 2 weeks in advance (preferably 3-4 weeks in advance)
- Wedding Orders - at least 4 weeks in advance
We may still be able to do last minute cake orders, but these are subject to openings in the schedule.
If you would like to discuss your next event cake, or place an order, please use one of the following methods of contact to reach us. Email and Facebook messages are checked daily, and we make every effort to respond within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays). However, during very busy times, it may take up to 2 business days to receive a response from us.
If you need immediate assistance- a last minute order, for example - we recommend calling during normal business hours to speak directly to us.
If you receive voicemail when calling, please leave a brief message, including a callback number, and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
